据报道，就在5天前，也就是10月12日，刘学忠还参加了公开活动——赴福州马尾船政文化旅游景区参加推介活动。
刘学忠简历
刘学忠，男，汉族，1963年10月出生，福建福州人，在职研究生学历，1987年6月加入中国共产党，1987年8月参加工作。
1996年8月至1998年4月，任福建省旅游局计财处副处级调研员；
1998年4月至2001年2月，任福建省旅游局计财处副处长；
2001年2月至2004年3月，任福建省旅游局计财处调研员；
2004年3月至2005年10月，任福建省旅游局计财处处长；
2005年10月至2012年10月，任福建省旅游局市场开发处处长（其间：2007年11月至2009年10月在屏南县挂职任县委常委、副书记）；
2012年10月至2013年10月，任福建省旅游局政策法规处处长；
2013年10月至2015年11月，任福建中旅集团公司党委委员、副总经理；
2015年11月至今，任福建省旅游发展集团有限责任公司党委委员、副总经理。
