针对话题“雷军用私家车装600斤车厘子被指违规”，小米集团董事长特别助理、战略市场部副总经理徐洁云发文回应称：的确是园区内部路，外部车辆进不来的。盐城测试场很大，面积超过了1万亩，大得超过想象。1000斤车厘子从外面统一采购来，要分着搬到园区里不同地方，还是用车方便。

6月12日，雷军晒出视频“带1000斤车厘子慰问工程师”。视频中，雷军展示自己在一辆车中放了120箱车厘子，共600斤，放满了后备箱、前备箱及后排座位。

视频发布后，不少网友在视频中指出此行为存在多处交通安全隐患，属于违规载货。

根据《道路交通安全法实施条例》第五十四条规定：

机动车载物不得超过机动车行驶证上核定的载质量，装载长度、宽度不得超出车厢。载客汽车除车身外部的行李架和内置的行李箱外，不得载货。

载客汽车行李架载货，从车顶起高度不得超过0.5米，从地面起高度不得超过4米。

《道路交通安全法实施条例》第五十五条第二款规定：

机动车载人应当遵循下列规定，载货汽车车厢不得载客。在城市道路上，货运机动车在留有安全位置的情况下，车厢内可以附载临时作业人员1人至5人；载物高度超过车厢拦板时，货物上不得载人。
