“炼化”是流行于网络玄幻小说和电子游戏中的术语，指将装备、道具乃至被击败的对手投入熔炉，分解其结构，提取有用精华，为己所用。网友用这个词来形容AI训练，精准得令人脊背发凉：一个活生生的同事，其工作经验、沟通风格、行为习惯被拆解为数据，投入算法的熔炉中反复训练，最终凝结为一个不眠不休、不要工资、不会抱怨的“数字分身”。

这并非孤例。如今“被炼化”的打工人远不止山东这位离职员工。据公开报道，为了让人形机器人学会执行复杂任务，多地已建立具身智能数据采集中心。在上海、济南、成都、武汉等地的训练基地里，数据采集员们每天穿戴VR头盔和感应手柄，反复执行折叠衣服、整理桌面、递送物品等日常动作。他们用自己的身体，一个动作一个动作地为机器人智能提供“原材料”。山东这位被“炼化”的人事专员，和数据工厂里那些反复开微波炉门的年轻采集员，本质上处于同一条数据生产线上；区别仅在于，前者贡献的是认知经验，后者贡献的是身体动作。

从企业角度看，这似乎都是划算的买卖。人事专员离职了，但他的“功能”还在；一个采集员的动作数据一旦上传，便永久写入了模型。企业的用人逻辑，正从“雇佣一个人”，悄然滑向“使用一个人的数据”。人走了，数据留下来继续干活——这种思路一旦成立，意味着劳动者对企业的有用性，不再以劳动关系为边界，而是延伸到离职之后，甚至延伸到人之外。
